I drop one in around 9pm and by the time I get out my shoulders have completely unclenched. The lavender isn't overpowering like some bath products, it's more subtle, and I've been falling asleep way faster this week.
The magnesium really does the trick—after a long soak I'm asleep within minutes, and my shoulders feel less tense the next morning. Scent is soft and calming, not at all overpowering, and it dissolves nicely without leaving a ring in the tub.
