Charlie The Weighted Puppy Dog TUB

My daughter is autistic and bedtime used to be a two-hour battle, but now she carries Charlie to bed herself. The weight is calming without being too heavy for a four-year-old to lift. Two weeks in and she's actually sleeping through the night.

The weight is just enough to feel like a hand resting on my daughter's back, and she settles so much faster at bedtime now. We've tried other stuffed animals and she never cared about them, but this one she actually seeks out on her own.

My 6-year-old actually crawls into bed on her own now, asking for "her puppy," and the soft fabric holds up great to nightly cuddles. The weight seems to calm her down noticeably before sleep, even on nights when she's had a big day at school.
