The flash cards have been a surprise hit at bedtime, my son picks one out and tries the pose before lights out. It's the one toy in the house that doesn't involve a screen, which I appreciate more than he knows.
My daughter actually looks forward to her afternoon yoga time now instead of begging for the tablet. The pose cards are clear enough that she can follow along on her own, and I’ve noticed she’s been taking deeper breaths when she gets frustrated.
