The yoga flashcards turned our after-dinner meltdowns into a calm little routine my 4-year-old actually looks forward to. Having the movement cards and the feelings game in one bundle means I'm not scrambling to come up with something at 6pm.

My kids actually ask to do the yoga flash cards before bed now, which I never expected. The poses are simple enough that my 5-year-old can follow along without me reading every card out loud.

The yoga flash cards are sturdy enough for my rowdy classroom, and the movement prompts get even the shyest kid laughing and breathing. We've used them every rainy day this month, and I've noticed the kids settling down faster afterward.
