Bedtime went from a 40-minute battle to about 15 minutes once we started using this as our wind-down routine. The little cards make it easy to pick an activity when I'm too tired to think of one myself. My 2-year-old now reaches for the bundle on her own.
My 4-year-old actually asks for the wind-down cards now, which I never expected. It's turned our usual bedtime chaos into something calm in about ten minutes.
