Przywitaj się z naszym nowym zestawem Buddies Bedtime Bundle! Włożyliśmy w niego mnóstwo miłości, tworząc to wyjątkowe narzędzie mindfulness, które pomoże Ci zbudować piękną i spokojną rutynę przed snem z Twoimi maluchami, w tym Misia obciążonego do wyboru, Charlie's Mindful Adventures by the Seaoraz nasze Sensory Shower Steamers.
Bedtime went from a 40-minute battle to about 15 minutes once we started using this as our wind-down routine. The little cards make it easy to pick an activity when I'm too tired to think of one myself. My 2-year-old now reaches for the bundle on her own.
My 4-year-old actually asks for the wind-down cards now, which I never expected. It's turned our usual bedtime chaos into something calm in about ten minutes.
The breathing exercises have become the anchor of our whole evening wind-down, and my daughter now reminds me when we skip a night. It's rare to find something that genuinely slows the chaos before bed, but this bundle does exactly that.
