My toddler actually pauses mid-cartwheel to copy Big Bird's stretch on the illustrated pose cards, which is a miracle in itself. The mat is just the right size for her little body, and the whole routine has become our calm-down ritual before dinner.
The pose cards are sturdy enough for my daughter to flip through on her own without bending, and the mat is just the right size for her little body. It’s been our go-to calm-down activity after preschool, and she loves matching the characters to each stretch.
