Sapa rangkaian Buddies Bedtime Bundle baru kami! Kami telah menuangkan begitu banyak cinta untuk menciptakan alat kesadaran khusus ini guna membantumu membangun rutinitas tidur yang indah dan menenangkan bersama si kecil, lengkap dengan Weighted Teddy pilihanmu, Charlie's Mindful Adventures by the Sea, dan Sensory Shower Steamers.
Bedtime went from a 40-minute battle to about 15 minutes once we started using this as our wind-down routine. The little cards make it easy to pick an activity when I'm too tired to think of one myself. My 2-year-old now reaches for the bundle on her own.
My 4-year-old actually asks for the wind-down cards now, which I never expected. It's turned our usual bedtime chaos into something calm in about ten minutes.
The breathing exercises have become the anchor of our whole evening wind-down, and my daughter now reminds me when we skip a night. It's rare to find something that genuinely slows the chaos before bed, but this bundle does exactly that.
