Le pack Yoga & Essentiels comprend notre Jeu de yoga Snap, Cartes flash de yoga, ainsi que le tapis de yoga bien à votre petit bout de chou : le Tapis de yoga.
My 4-year-old asks for the flash cards every night now, and the little mat actually fits her without sliding around on the hardwood. Worth it just to see her doing tree pose in the hallway.
The snap game is the surprise hit here — my daughter asks to play it during dinner, and it somehow sneaks in real poses between turns. The flash cards live in the car now, and the little mat rolls up small enough to fit in her backpack.
My three-year-old unrolls her own mat every morning now—it's the perfect size for her and makes her feel like she's part of the routine. The flash cards and snap game keep her busy for a solid twenty minutes while I get my coffee, which feels like a win.
