The flash cards have been a surprise hit at bedtime, my son picks one out and tries the pose before lights out. It's the one toy in the house that doesn't involve a screen, which I appreciate more than he knows.

My daughter actually looks forward to her afternoon yoga time now instead of begging for the tablet. The pose cards are clear enough that she can follow along on her own, and I’ve noticed she’s been taking deeper breaths when she gets frustrated.

The breathing exercise cards came out during my son's meltdown yesterday and he actually stopped to try one. Watching him calm down without a screen in front of him felt like a real win for our whole evening routine.
