A-Z Mindful-vahvistuskortit

We keep the A-Z set on the kitchen table and my son picks one card each morning before school. Last week he told his little brother "I am enough" without being prompted, which honestly caught me off guard. The cards are sturdy too, holding up fine to a five-year-old's handling.

My 6-year-old picks one card each night before bed and we talk about what it means, which has turned into a nice little routine. The cards themselves are sturdy enough for kid handling, though I wish the box was a bit more compact for tossing in a bag.
