بطاقات اليوغا

The illustrations on the front are what sold me, but the step-by-step instructions on the back are what make it easy to actually do the poses without looking anything up. My kids pick a card each night before bed and we wind down together in about ten minutes.

I've been using these with my six-year-old before bed and the back-of-card instructions are simple enough that he can lead the poses himself. The playful drawings on the front keep him giggling instead of squirmy.

The illustrations are genuinely sweet and my toddler loves picking a card each morning before breakfast. Instructions on the back are clear enough that even my husband can follow along without me having to explain anything.
